We recommend adding our matching 13th foil and latex helium balloons to the balloon weight at the bottom of the centre piece,to create an exceptional display piece that will wow the birthday boy or girl! The centrepiece consists of a balloon weight wrapped in black shiny foil with staggering heights of black and silver “13” numbers forming a spray like appearance to the design. The centrepiece measures approximately 16.5 inches/42 cm tall. (Latex and Foil Balloons sold separately. Helium filled balloons can be ordered for pick up from one of our stores. The balloon weight will anchor about 8-10 foil or latex balloons.)
